* WHERE...Fourth Of July Pass, Wallace, St. Maries, Fernwood, Dobson 
  Pass, Mullan, Lookout Pass, Pinehurst, Osburn, and Kellogg.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Winter travel conditions expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will become heavy at times Friday 
  through Saturday over Lookout Pass. Snow will briefly change to

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling and 
  blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 90% chance for 1"/hr snowfall 
  rates and a 40% chance for 2"/hr snowfall rates from 10 PM Friday
