* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches 
  with up to 6 inches on the ridgetops and summits. Winds gusting as 
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 
  will impact the Monday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing and drifting snow will contribute to 
  hazardous travel conditions.
