...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. For areas north of Interstate 44,
  expect mainly snow with accumulations up to 1 to 2 inches. For
  areas along and south of Interstate 44, a wintry mix of snow,
  sleet, and light freezing rain is expected to result in snow
  accumulations of a dusting to 1 inch and ice accumulations around
  a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central,
  south central, southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
  evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. In Kansas, call 5 1 1 for
road conditions. In Missouri, call 1-888-275-6636 for road
conditions.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. A light wintry mix will continue off
  and on until a band of snow moves in from the west later this
  afternoon and evening. With this earlier activity, a few slick
  spots may be observed on roads (especially on bridges and
  overpasses). A glaze of ice, at most, is possible. Late this
  afternoon into the evening, a quick band of light to moderate snow
  will move west to east. Snowfall amounts of a dusting to an inch
  and a half are expected (greatest across portions of central
  Missouri), possibly resulting in minor travel impacts. This is
  especially true as we lose any solar warming after sunset and
  temperatures drop.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central,
  south central, southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute.
