* WHAT...South winds will increase to 15 to 25 mph with gusts to
around 45 mph over some of the higher elevations and foothills.
* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier
Smoky Mountains, Southeast Greene, and Unicoi Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
