extending from near Trenton to near Norborne to near Oak Grove,
moving east at 50 mph.

Marshall, Chillicothe, Trenton, Odessa, Higginsville, Lexington,
Brookfield, Carrollton, Concordia, Sweet Springs, Brunswick,
Waverly, Norborne, Meadville, Hale, Corder, Alma, Laclede,
Bosworth, and Linneus.
This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 36 and
76.
