* At 913 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast
  of Olpe, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emporia, Burlington, Lebo, Waverly, Olpe, New Strawn, Hartford,
  Gridley, Neosho Rapids, Beto Junction, John Redmond Reservoir, and
  Le Roy.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 156.

COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1000 PM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty
