* At 1116 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Kenyon to Rochester to 8 miles south of Lime
  Springs, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
