The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Burleson County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1020 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Rockdale to 6 miles west of Fedor to 6 miles
  southwest of Cedar Creek, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Caldwell, Lake Somerville State Park & Trailway, Deanville, and
  Chriesman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning
is one of natures leading killers. Remember, if you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
