* At 215 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Platte, or 22
  miles northwest of Lake Andes, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
