* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 353 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Armada, or 7
  miles northwest of Richmond, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Capac, Memphis, and Emmett around 400 PM EDT.
  Yale around 410 PM EDT.
  Lakeport around 415 PM EDT.

miles east of Capac, moving northeast at 40 mph.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY
IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  

Be prepared for additional storms to move in from the west during 
late afternoon.
