  Southeastern Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...

* Until 530 PM MDT.

* At 446 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of
  Lingo, or 40 miles southeast of Portales, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of Southeastern Roosevelt County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
