* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, west winds 10 to 15
  kt with gusts to 20 kt and seas 3 to 6 feet. For the second 
  Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 3 to 
  6 feet expected.

* WHERE...Sandy Hook NJ to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT 
  Saturday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM 
  Saturday to 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There are cold water safety concerns this
  weekend as water temperatures remain in the lower 50s. The cold
  water temperatures can quickly cause hypothermia and physical
  incapacitation to anyone suddenly immersed in the water. Anyone
  going out on small boats, canoes or kayaks should plan
  accordingly and use extreme caution to avoid this threat.
