Eastern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma...
Northeastern Clay County in northern Texas...
* Until 515 PM CDT.
* At 252 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

AFTERNOON FOR WEST CENTRAL JEFFERSON, EASTERN COTTON AND
NORTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTIES...
At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue. Some additional lighter
rain will remain possible, but amounts will generally be less than
one-quarter of an inch through 515 PM.
