* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...DeSoto County in northwestern Mississippi...
Shelby County in Tennessee...
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 814 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
Millington, Memphis, Lakeland and Arlington.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
