...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  counties, Kimble and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 855 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Roosevelt, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2596 And Ranch Road
    864, I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line, The
    Intersection Of Us-277 And Ranch Road 189 and Us-277 Near The
    Sutton-Edwards County Line.
  - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 404 and 439.

    This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    County Road 260 crossing North Llano River and River Road
    crossing North Llano River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
