...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, 
  Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, 
  Champaign, Clark, Greene and Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 903 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5
    inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Columbus, Dayton, Springfield, Kettering, Beavercreek,
    Dublin, Westerville, Delaware, Upper Arlington, Fairborn,
    Hilliard, Xenia, Marysville, Miamisburg, Springboro,
    Worthington, London, Bellbrook, Moraine and Oakwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit 
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
