...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Calloway County in western Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 451 PM CDT, Radar indicates up to 2 to 3 inches of rain
    over the last several hours. Spotters report a few areas of
    minor road flooding and this may worsen for the next hour or
    so despite the heaviest rainfall ending.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    New Concord.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
