...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 AM EDT /515 AM CDT/ THIS 
MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Indiana, including the 
  following counties, Crawford, Dubois, Orange and Perry.

* WHEN...Until 615 AM EDT /515 AM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 302 AM EDT /202 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
    stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tell City, Paoli, English, Mount Pleasant, Orleans, French
    Lick, Stampers Creek, Marengo, Leopold and Orangeville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you 
can do so safely and have them relay your report to the National 
Weather Service in Louisville.

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of south central 
Indiana, including the following areas, Crawford, Dubois, Orange and 
Perry.

Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT Wednesday/100 PM 
CDT Wednesday for portions of Indiana and north central Kentucky...
