* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and snowmelt is 
  possible.

* WHERE...Coos, Curry, Josephine, Jackson, western and central 
  Douglas, and western Siskiyou counties, including all small 
  drainages, creeks, and streams, especially those where melting 
  snow may contribute to high run off.

* WHEN...From this evening through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur 
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rain is expected today through Tuesday, and with high
    snow levels, snow melt from any residual snowpack in the
    hills and mountains may contribute to excessive run off,
    leading to rapid rises on area creeks and streams.
