The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Dust Storm Warning for...
  West central Nye County in south central Nevada...
  Southeastern Esmeralda County in south central Nevada...

* Until 445 PM PDT.

* At 344 PM PDT, a dust channel was 9 miles southwest of Beatty,
  moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 
           mph.

  SOURCE...Detected by satellite imagery.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Nevada Highway 267 and Highway 375 are included in this warning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not drive into a dust storm. PULL ASIDE STAY ALIVE!

...THE DUST STORM WARNING FOR WEST CENTRAL NYE AND SOUTHEASTERN
ESMERALDA COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 445 PM PDT...

The dust storm which prompted the warning has weakened. Therefore,
the dust storm warning will be allowed to expire. Areas of blowing 
dust will continue to produce low visibility at times between along 
Highway 95 between Scottys Junction and Beatty and west of Beatty 
along Highway 374.
