The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a

* Dust Storm Warning for...
  Central Randall County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 321 PM CDT, a dust channel was over Canyon, moving northeast at
  10 mph.

  HAZARD...Near zero visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 
           mph.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Areas impacted are around the city of Canyon and south to soutwest 
especially near the Hunggate Fire burn scar. 

Locations impacted include...
Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
reduced to near zero. If driving, avoid dust storms if possible. If
caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your
foot off the brake.

...THE DUST STORM WARNING FOR CENTRAL RANDALL COUNTY HAS EXPIRED...

The dust storm which prompted the warning continues. Therefore, the 
dust storm warning has been updated with a new warning. Areas of 
blowing dust will continue to make travel difficult.
